Privacy policy
Version of October 31, 2026
This policy explains which personal data the takti.co website collects, what for and how you exercise your rights, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018). The Portuguese version prevails.
Who the controller is
Takti.co is a brand of J JEREMIAS CONSULTORIA LTDA, CNPJ 55.012.669/0001-95. Privacy contact and data protection officer: Jonas Jeremias, at contato@takti.co.
What we collect
Academy waiting list (/en/academy): name, email, WhatsApp (optional), your professional profile and how far you plan to go in the Academy. Along with it we record the sign-up date, the version of this policy you accepted and, when you arrive through a campaign link, the campaign source (UTM parameters). We do not record your IP address.
Heartbeat (/en/heartbeat): the calculations run in your browser. Nothing you type is sent or stored. If you use the WhatsApp button at the end, the message only goes out if you send it.
Audience measurement: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.
WhatsApp and email: when you reach us on WhatsApp or write to contato@takti.co, we use the conversation only to reply to you.
What we use it for
- To let you know when the founding cohort opens, with the details and prices of the Takti.co Academy;
- To understand interest in the Academy (how many people, which profiles, from which campaign), in aggregate.
We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
Legal basis
The waiting list is processed based on your consent (LGPD art. 7, I), given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is kept and for how long
The data is kept in a Cloudflare database; Cloudflare hosts the site and acts as processor. Cloudflare may process data outside Brazil, with the safeguards the LGPD requires for international transfers. We keep the waiting list for up to 12 months after the first cohort opens, or until you ask for deletion, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion of your data and withdrawal of consent (LGPD art. 18). Write to contato@takti.co from the email you signed up with. We reply within 15 days. You can also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with a strict content security policy and no third-party scripts other than audience measurement. The database can only be reached by the site itself and by Takti.co’s Cloudflare account.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page, with the date at the top. A change in the purpose of use requires new consent.
