Do I need to know Lean to start?
No. The Academy starts from takt and the value stream map. Those with experience move faster.
How much will it cost?
Prices come out before the cohort opens, first to those on the list. For the founding cohort, Takti Flow has a 50% lifetime discount, for as long as the subscription is active.
Can I serve clients under my own brand?
Yes, from the Certified level. The map and the report carry your brand, and the Takti.co Certified seal shows where the method comes from. Using the Takti.co brand is the Licensed level, and it is optional.
What does the AI tutor do?
It knows the method and follows your map: it points out where the waiting is, asks about takt and pushes for the next DMAIC step. It prepares you; the certification project is mentored by a person.
